When traveling to Thailand, one common question that always pops up is: Can you drink tap water in Thailand? As you should, because the last thing you want to happen is being in bed for the entire duration of your holiday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tap water in Thailand is not recommended for drinking, especially for tourists. The water treatment facilities might not be up to the standards of more developed countries, and as a result, tap water may contain harmful contaminants and bacteria.
